Returns & Exchanges

At Puzzle Post, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in their original, unopened packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original box and include the printed return authorization slip inside the package.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
