We offer a 30-day return policy for all unopened and unused products. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact our support team to initiate a return.

What should I do if my puzzle is missing a piece?

We take quality control seriously, but if you find a piece is missing, please contact us with your order number and a photo of the completed puzzle. We will send a replacement free of charge.

Do you offer gift wrapping services?

Yes! You can select the gift wrapping option at checkout for a small additional fee. We also offer the option to include a personalized handwritten note.
